The best thing about Don and me is from the beginning; we never cared what the other person was doing as long as it moved the business forward or us forward individually. We work every deal together, no matter who sourced the lead. We always know what the other person is working on and help each other find our clients' perfect homes. No matter what is happening in our lives, we are always looking out for our clients.


As we grow and expand our team, we want to instill the same work ethic and ethical natures we have in everyone. We strive to show our clients why having two agents working for you is the best thing you can have: a collaborative effort to get an offer accepted or a developed strategy to sell your home. We take the time to work out "problems" and talk through as many ideas as possible to show you that we care about what happens to you and your home.


Don and I have been working together in the Sacramento real estate market for six years now. We understand the way we work and can get the best out of one another each week. Every time we step into the office or chat on the phone, we know the other person will have something to say about what is going on in the market or our daily pipeline activities. Having someone to talk to means we are up to date on the market, honest about what is happening in our business, and the best ways to take care of our clients.


One of the best ways we take care of our clients is that we do not charge extra to have both of us! We established from the beginning that our relationship was something that worked and that our clients could genuinely benefit from having more than one agent helping them through a transaction. We want to make it clear to our current and future clients that we care more about the deal you make than the money we make.


Having a team on your side in any real estate market will be beneficial, but it is also helpful in challenging, competitive markets. Don and I are making our experiences out in the market every day, creating relationships with multiple agents, and bringing that back to one another at the end of the day. We are then able to share our experiences with our clients. It is not just one of our experiences that our clients get, but both of ours. When it comes to competition and having identical offers, it can come down to past experiences and working relationships that agents have with one another. With us, your chances are double that one of us has been in the exact situation before, just like "Farmers - We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two."
